Great view, on golf course, semi private swimming pool/ tennis court (in summer)

Beautiful mountain flat - 10mn by foot from the center of Crans Montana - with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room (incl. fireplace), separate kitchen. Floor made of old wood, in a contemporary fashion. Fantastic view over the Alps. Large balcony. Located nearby the golf course. In summer, heated swimming pool and tennis court available (only for the residents in the building). In winter, easy access to the ski resort by foot (10min) or by free of charge bus (stop in front of the building). Ideal flat for families with 2-3 kids, eventually 2 more people (double bed in the living room available). Rental all year round. 1 parking space in the garage (direct access by lift to the flat).

Crans Montana is a high end ski resort in the Valais / Switzerland. Very attractive for both families (plenty of activities for small kids from 0 to 5 years old) and singles/ couples without kids. A lot of restaurants, shops (all brand names are there) and sport activities, including 2 famous golf courses, 280km pedestrian paths,140km ski slopes etc.

Very comfortabe and good location

We rented this apartment Decembre-January10/11. The apartment is very conveniently located to everything (center, ski-lift, etc.). Very comfortable and has everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful owners. Big hello to them.

Appartement superbe, localisation idéale proche du centre et du golf. Avons passé une semaine de vacance avec les enfants en Juillet et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte: les parents - golf. Les enfants - piscine et tennis dans la résidence.

We spent two weeks in Crans with our 2 kids during winter time. The location of this flat is excellent (walking distance to the center of Crans), and the flat itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We'll be back next year! .

We stayed here in Dec 2008 and coudn't wait to return again in Jan 2009. We would thoroughly recommend this wonderful apartment. It offers so much more than the average ski accommodation with its very stylish, individual and comfortable interior design. Wonderful views and everything you need to relax and enjoy the mountains. plus or course some of the best skiing available - we had 3ft of powder !!
