Our home is our pride and joy. We have done our best to have everything you need to enjoy your next Myrtle Beach vacation. To start your vacation off on the right foot we offer a KEYLESS ENTRY!!! No more lost keys, no more hoping the keys get to your home prior to leaving for vacation, no more stopping by a management office to pick up your keys that may or may not even be there because someone forgot, no more waiting in long lines to check-in. Just type in your personal access code on the keypad and you are in! A safer, more secure, less stressful and easier way to start your Myrtle Beach vacation. Cooking is probably the last thing you want to do while away but we've provided you with a well equipped kitchen. Just in case! We also provide sheets & towels as well as hotel style blow dryers in each bathroom. A 42' flat screen tv with dvd player in the livingroom to watch on our two leather sofas.One sofa is a sleeper. Each bedroom also has a flat screen tv for when you just want to veg out. We've tried very hard not to clutter the space with our things so there is more room for yours. I'll let our photos tell the rest of the story. Also use our reviews help you decide. We hope you and your family choose to stay with us!

About Chuck Carey

We are Chuck and Lisa and we live in Southern York County PA. We are both retired Balto.Postal Workers and currently run a small cleaning business. We have 4 wonderful adult children and 6 grandkids all of whom keep us very busy.

We are minutes to Broadway at the Beach, Ripkin Experience, many live shows, water parks, great eateries and of course 5 minutes to the beach. GOLFERS, the Grande Dunes, Pine Lake (The Granddaddy) , Myrtlewood's Pine Hills & Palmetto golf courses are all just minutes from our place. We choose this community because when we return from our fun filled day we can enjoy the quiet and soothing atmosphere our place offers. Our building is unique in that the majority of the units house full time residents & non rentals.

KEYLESS ENTRY!!! No more keys to maybe receive in the mail or property management forgetting to leave for you in the night drop box. Simply enter your personal code and you are in! Water view right outside our backdoor, Wi-Fi, Screened in patio with sunshade & ceiling fan. Community grill merely steps from the porch. PM shade. Three pools within 100 yards of our place.

This rental was absolutely perfect. We come to myrtle beach every year and we will definitely be staying here next time we are in MB. Super comfy and spacious! It was very clean and well organized/furnished. The screened patio/porch was lovely. Perfect location too, close to a lot of attractions.

It was a pleasure working with the owner and they were extremely responsive to all of my inquiries.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner.

The condo was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The amenities were plentiful and dealing with the landlords Chuck and Lisa was a treat. They made sure our short weekend trip was great. Walking into the condo and seeing a huge basket of complimentary tees, that really impressed my entire group. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and if we ever visit again I would not dream of staying anywhere else. This condo literally made our trip. Thank you!

For the third year in a row, we enjoyed two months at Chuck and Lisa's oasis in Myrtlewood Villas. The accommodations as usual had everything we needed to make this third year another positive experience. The unit is spacious, the view of the fountain in the lake from our porch relaxing and the furnishings comfortable. It is an ideal place to rent as it is close to all attractions and many of our favourite restaurants.
