A luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom south facing house (with an over sized pool, deck and spa, outdoor kitchen area) located on the fabulous WaterSong Resort. Additionally there is an indoor games room in the super loft making it ideal for guests who are looking for something special. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and can accommodate upto 12 guests with ease making it an ideal holiday rental throughout the year. There is complementary WIFI through out the house and free local, national and international phone calls are included. All bedrooms have cable TV & there are large TVs in both the family room and loft area.

WaterSong is a manned gated community offering guests free use of the club house and large outdoor pool and many other facilities all within 20 minutes drive of the main Orlando attractions. For golf enthusiasts the newly opened Providence golf course is just next door and a PGA championship golf course at Champions gate is nearby.

This beautiful villa enjoys uninterrupted views over the lake and conservation area. It has been furnished to a high standard to ensure your every need and comfort has been catered for. A high chair and cot are provided for your use. The property is maintained to a high standard by a property management company who can also arrange car hire, airport transfers and provision of welcome grocery packs if required.

WaterSong is within easy reach of Walt Disney World and the other attractions, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World and Wet and Wild. WaterSong is set in a natural preservation area. The villa backs onto natural lakes and wooded conservation area with an abundance of wildlife. The WaterSong club house is just a few minutes walk away and is open to all guests staying in the community. It boasts numerous facilities including a large heated swimming pool, childrens play area, fitness centre and Cyber cafe. Just a short drive away is Champions Gate hosting shops,restaurants and takeaways and a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from on the I92 and the close proximity of the I4 gives easy access to Universal, Sea World and the shopping malls.

  • All prices include 13% taxes.
    Pool heat $150 extra per week recommended for Sept-Apr.
    10% deposit required with booking and full payment 56 days before start of holiday.
    Refundable security deposit of $400 or £200 taken with final payment and returned after inspection by the management company.
    For stays of less than one week please request price.
    Additional cleaning charge of $140 required for stays of less than 7 nights.
  • The BBQ is available for use by guests however we ask that it is left clean at the end of your stay. If this is not found to be the case we will deduct the cost of the cleaning from the security deposit.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Watersong, renting this accommodation as a base to visit all the parks, etc. This accommodation is of a very high standard - a relatively new home with new and tasteful furnishings and very well-equipped. The home is very well maintained and kept in immaculate and very clean condition. It was a good location from which to visit the parks (25 minutes to drive to Disney and no traffic delays), and was a nice retreat to relax in after a long day out. The pool was very welcome at the end of a long, hot day.
We didn't use the community amenities, but we were grateful for the sense of security that we felt due to the gated nature of the community.
The owners' communication with us was excellent and it was a pleasure renting from them. They provided a lot of information, much of it on their own website, and it was all accurate and useful. (Even regarding the locally resident cranes and alligators!) We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect Location!

Had a fantastic time at the villa. It was in a perfect location for the parks and venturing further a field.
The location of the villa on the development is brilliant . From sunrise to sunset you have the sun on the pool and the view onto the pond is great.So many of the other villas on site do not have the same advantage with getting the sun. Used the bbq loads and the size of the pool is great.Plus being close to to the club-house is perfect for the kids.
Inside the villa is beautiful and the layout is great and spacious.
All in all we had a brilliant time and would definitely reccommend this villa to anyone.
Look forward to returning in the near future.
