ALVERTON VILLA 3 BED

A fantastic beachfront property with views of the ocean and marvellous sunsets.

A spacious villa with a generous outdoor space which is amazing for barbecues and general lazing in the sun.

Located right on the beach - you literally step out of the appartment gates and feel the sand beneath your feet. It simply doesn't get any better than this.

Large rooms, fully air conditioned and a comfortable lounge area to chill out and escape the sunshine.

Cleaned daily by the marvellous Shirley who is a fountain of local knowledge and a cheerful character to talk to. The owner Elaine is also very helpful and kind. These people take real pride in the property and genuinely care about your experience in the villa.

I loved this place and it comes highly recommended from me and my family who are also huge fans.

We stayed in August 2008. Me & my new wife and 2 year old daughter went to the Alverton Villa in Fitts Village. The Villa is about 30 Minutes drive from the airport & the directions given were very good. We arrived & were greeted by a very nice lady who showed us around the very spacious 3 bedroom Villa, you have a drive way which can fit 3 cars. The Villa has everything you need, Tv in every room, Phones, On Suite, Large Kitchen,dining room,lounge, & a lovely sheltered balcony which looks out to sea. The garden has a fence and lockable gate which leads straight out onto the White sandy beaches & the views are spectacular. We watched the sun rise & sunset many times from the Balcony & from the beach & never got bored of it. The locals are very friendly & always have fresh fish available, i done a lot of snorkling & see turtles nearly everyday, one day one of the locals found a turtle nest about 50 yards from the villa & there must have been over 100 baby turtles so us along with a few of the locals helped these baby turtles to find the sea, to see this was once in a life time & made my daughters holiday. The Villa was always clean & we had a maid come everyday to clean, she was very friendly, trustworthy and very helpful & was like our very own guide! The local supermarket is about 150 yards away which sells everything you can think of. The local resturants are very exclusive & we had some amazing meals most are within 5 minutes drive. I play golf & my lovely wife said she didnt mind if i played, there are a few courses close by and Sandy Lane has got to be played to believed. There were lots of leaflets and local magazines with numbers for resturants and day trips kept handy by the phone which was a nice touch. We stayed for 2 weeks & enjoyed every minute, we wasnt sure if our daughter would enjoy it, but the people are so friendly & the Villa was perfect for us & her, she played in the garden & on the beach for hours & we could relax and watch her from our sun loungers. My father and his partner came out for a week and stayed in the Cottage,the cottage is also amazing,again the views and cleaness of the cottage were perfect. All in all our Honey moon could not have any gone any better, we had a great time & a lot of that is down to the beautiful Villa we had. We would highly recommend this Villa and or the Cottage for a anyone looking for a holiday or honeymoon, with or without the kids. We Happily give this Villa 10/10. Oh yes we are saving to go BACK!
