Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this Bed and Breakfast is near many restaurants and public transportation. The private home was built in 1911 and has been beautifully maintained. It offers a comfortable haven for business and holiday travelers.

The neighborhood is known for many scenic walks with views of Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean. My Rosegarden Guest Rooms is situated next to the Presido and walking distance ot Golden Gate Park. Two beautiful and challenging public golf courses are less than one mile away.

About Kathleen Meeker

My name is Kathleen Meeker. I play a lot of golf and tennis. Moved to San Francisco in 1973 and have lived here ever since. I've been married to the same man since 1977 and we have raised 3 children in this house.

Why Kathleen Meeker chose San Francisco

It was more of an evolution than a choice. After successful careers in the landscaping and food business--and staying at home to raise our children--I still had lots of energy and a big empty house and a rose garden.

What makes this house unique

Nothing special or everything special. Lovely home, lovely neighborhood, near public transportation and within walking distance to the beach, the parks and many restaurants. San Francisco at its finest.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful Bed & Breakfast a few years ago and are still talking about it. Within walking distance to the beach and fine restaurants. Charming hostess! We loved every bit of our experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
