The country villa “Borgo La Fratta” has ancient origin, Medicean time and it’s the first accommodation on the Bilancino lake. The self-catering summer holiday rental has been restructure carefully to carry out the original Tuscany architectural structure. You can live in the peace of the country and at the same time be near to Barberino di Mugello with its Designer outlet, to the Mugello International race-course and to the highway to reach the most famous cities in Tuscany: 20 km from the centre of Florence, one hour from Lucca, Pisa and one hour and half from Siena. The estate extends for over three hectares, the flats are romantic and comfortable. The swimming pool has a wonderful view of the lake. The farmhouse has its walls in stone.

La Fratta 9 is really comfortable and romantic. It is rich of architectonic Tuscany elements. The well-lighted flat has a living-room with a fantastic view of the lake, it has traditional furniture, the fire-place and the kitchen, one room and one bathroom. The owner garden looks on the park around and on the pleasant old town Latera and its little church. The kitchen has all the equipment to cook.
