Our villa is located on a very quiet urbanization, 5 minutes drive or 20minwalk from L'Estartit. It has a fabulous private swimming pool which is 12metres x 4metres and has roman steps. The villa is very modern in style and is light and airy with all mod cons. The spacious rooms all have gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside or sea. The 2 master bedrooms have private terraces, which are perfect for an early evening G+T! The 3 bathrooms are fitted to a very high standard with 1 having a jacuzzi bath and the other 2 with enclosed shower areas with glass doors. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is very sociable and leads out to a covered terrace with fabulous views. You have direct access to the woodland behind the villa via a private gate, making it ideal for children going out to play or walkers accessing the local trails. It is air conditioned throughout, which can also be used as heating in early/late season. This modern villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The beautiful resort of L'Estartit is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.There are many places of interest in Estartit and the Costa Brava which makes it such a great location to spend your holiday. Pals and Peretallada are medieval hamlets situated on a hill only 15 minutes' drive away from Estartit. Barcelona is a great day out which you can explore alone or as part of a tour. It takes approx 90 minutes to get there, you will be assured of a great day of history, shopping and people watching. There are several waterparks a short distance away and Marineland, which has dolphins and sea lions. The Salvador Dali museum in Figueres is only 45 minutes away, and is a must see if you enjoy quirky artwork. There are many beautiful coves and beaches to explore, as well as coastal walks at Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc and the beaches of Begur are charming. The city of Girona is interesting to visit as there is a lovely ramblas area with narrow cobbled streets, cafes and shops.

  • The 3 bathrooms in this modern villa are fitted to very high standards. The first ensuite has double sinks and a gorgeous jacuzzi bath, ideal for unwinding after a hard days sunbathing! The second bathroom has an enclosed shower area with glass door. The third bathroom is again ensuite and this also has an enclosed shower area with glass door. All bathrooms have modern tiling and fittings, and there is plenty of hot water.

Notes: There is a seperate utility room that houses the washing machine and all cleaning equipment. The house is thoroughly cleaned every Saturday, so if your stay is for more than a week, our cleaners will enter the house on Saturday to freshen it up. There are many outdoor seating areas at the villa. 2 private terraces from the master bedrooms have fabulous views, and a covered arch terrace that leads off from the lounge, here you will find comfortable seating for 6 people. The decking area and pergola provide a little shade, and the outdoor table is great for al fresco dining and bbq's. The large private swimmimg pool is a real focal point of the outside. As it is 12 x 4 metres, it is a great size for swimming lengths and also provides plenty of space for splashing around! The roman steps are great for just chilling out whilst watching others swim!
