Super stylin' modern home in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for a couple, group, or family. Our house features hip and modern furnishings throughout. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining master bath. Dual vanities and a huge luxurious 3 headed shower are just the right way to start or end your day in the city. Step out from the master bedroom onto the south facing rooftop patio with grilling space and a view clear west to the Olympic Mountains!

The main floor features the kitchen with stainless appliances and the living space with huge south facing windows. The couch opens to a comfortable sleeper bed (full size). Additionally there is a bedroom (queen bed) and powder room on the main floor. A desk space is provided in the bedroom if you need to take a call or get some work done privately during your stay. The bottom floor features the third bedroom (queen) with an adjoining full bathroom. This room steps out onto it's own private backyard patio.

Located a few blocks walking distance to a tasty bite to eat (Blue Glass), a high end beer snob bar (The Dray), comfy breakfast joint (The Ridgeback Cafe) and some of the best coffee in Seattle (Cafe Bambino). Venturing a 10-15 minute stroll or 5 mins in the car to Ballard, Phinney Ridge (the Zoo!), Fremont or Greenlake and your options are literally endless. Easy access to route 99 or 15th ave that take you directly downtown in less than 15 minutes. Bus lines are within two blocks.

Street parking is free and available directly in front of the house. Internet (wireless) is included. Basic cable and television included.

We're psyched to have you at our place. We are Seattle food, coffee, and music connoisseurs and would be more than happy to point you in the right direction during your stay.

Long time residents of the northwest, we spend our time enjoying the food, coffee, and music in the city and riding our mountain bikes when we get a chance to escape to the mountains. Looking forward to providing you with the perfect space for your stay in Seattle.

The listing description was extremely accurate and the house is in great shape. The owner of the house is extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering all of our questions. The amenities in the house were excellent for cooking and hanging out with the kids. The house was very clean and everything was in working order. Great location, beautiful spot, awesome house, friendly renters, nothing more we could ask for! We stayed there for over a week and it made our stay in Seattle superb. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Seattle.

Modern, hip, chic, simple, clean!

This is a great place for your stay in Seattle if you like modern, hip, chic simple and clean! The house was in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything. It provided all of the necessary amenities plus some including a great fireplace, large windows, new construction and new linens. The house was very clean and well furnished. The master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable and the master bath shower was divine! I would definitely recommend this house and these hosts to my friends and family.

Clean, Stylish home

The house was very nice very stylish and very clean. The owners were very helpful, easy to contact, and easy going. The house has three queen beds so no one gets the shaft when it comes to beds. There is a patio out back downstairs and a nice size balcony upstairs. The cable package is very basic so you might have to hit a local bar to catch some of the games. That being said Ballard is a very nice area with lots of food, bars, and shopping. The coffee shop they recommend is amazing. I also recommend the Ballard Sunday market. It has everything you can get at Pikes but is much less crowded and toristy. The area is great the house is hip,clean and fun. The house is a short cab ride to downtown, Pikes and the key arena.

My daughter's Wedding

We got this home for my daughter's wedding, since it was cheaper than getting a hotel for the whole family. We had two toddlers and was concerned about the stairs, but neightbor Jennifer loaned us her gates which was a life saver. The home worked out well for everyone. But the biggest hit was the master bathroom shower, which I never got to use. Only down fall was we had a van, and to use street parking as it was too long and was blocking the sidewalks, but that was a minor problem. But I loved the home and I am happy we decided on this home. The photographer for my daughter's wedding loved it as well. It brought in light on every floor, which worked well for the photos.
