Apartments obtained from the restoration of a beautiful farmhouse in the hills surrounding Florence, olive-groves, cypress-trees & vineyards abound. Extensive & panoramic views over the countryside with the dome of Brunelleschi & Giotto's bell tower in the background. Absolute peacefulness. Surrounding the house & shared: terraced ground with olive-groves, swimming-pool (6x12), areas with deck-chairs, tables, chairs & parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone in each apartment (direct dialing, incoming calls through the operator). You enter the apartments by meansof a terracotta courtyard/terrace. To be paid on the spot: gas consumption (individual hot water, heating & cooking). Central heating. ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: living room with view facing towards the swimming pool side & Florence, kitchen/dining room (oven), 1 double bedroom, 2 baths with showers one of which is rather small. 1st.fl. attic (accessed by a spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom (open over the living room.
