House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

This beautiful 'Baycation' home has just been remodeled, with granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous hardwood and tiled floors, newly painted planked walls, a newly carpeted sunroom, and a brand new stone patio. This is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation!

Our two story beach house is a spacious four bedroom, two and a half bath home located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. It has spectacular views, large private sandy beach, and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also an easy walking distance along the beach to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We will also have a mooring ball in place if you are a boater and a fire pit for s'mores.

We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels). We have landline for local calls, offer free long-distance, and have wi-fi.

This is a Four Season Wonderland! Great swimming and watersports on sandy private beach, fishing, fire pit for s'mores, canoeing\kayaking/jet skiing, great road and mountain biking, countless golf choices at many nearby golf courses, wine tasting, numerous shopping and dining options, casinos, sand dune climbing at Sleeping Bear National Seashore, charter boat fishing and sailing, fall color tours, more than 10 downhill ski areas within an hours drive, much more!

We happened to get there when the owner was still there checking the house and she was very nice!! The view is amazing and then sunroom made the house! Every couch in the place is so comfortable too! The lady who lives next door has the cutest puppy and they're both very friendly. I recommended it to all of my friends and would definitely love to rent this house again if available!
