In the heart of the eternal city, convenient location for transportation, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums and sightseeing. Everything is walking distance from you! Recently renovated apartment, bright, spacious and air conditioned, composed of a good size living room with a sofa that converts into a 140cm double bed, flat screen TV with satellite. The kitchen is to one side of the living room, separated by a breakfast counter and is fully equipped. Kettle, Italian style coffee pot, tea and coffee supplies. There is one master bedroom with spacious wardrobes, one bathroom with shower, hair dryer and heated towel rack. Other wardrobes are in the entrance where iron and ironing board are stored. A baby cot and a stroller can be supplied on request. A trustworthy baby sitter is available. The owner will receive you personally and will help you with hints and touristic information. English and French are spoken.

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Rome in Via Mario de Fiori, just two streets away from Via dei Condotti the most important and luxurious shopping street in Rome. Spanish Steps are less then 5 min walk, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and Pantheon are at 15 min, the Vatican and the river Tiber at 20 min, same as the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. In 10 min you will be in Villa Borghese, a park where you can jog, cycle,walk, horse ride or just sit for a coffee and enjoy a little fresh air. The closest 'Metro' stop is 'Spagna' on line A, 3 stops from this you can reach Central Station Termini with trains leaving for any destination in Italy and also Fiumicino airport. Piazza San Silvestro is the main bus station in the area. You have 3 taxi stops: Piazza San Silvestro, Piazza Mignanelli near Spanish Steps and Largo Goldoni. The area is safe, open air vegetable markets and shops during the busy day and trendy or simple but character restaurants for an enjoyable evening.
