Balcones de la Mairena is in Elviria, Marbella, which is located in the Andalucia region of Southern Spain. The closest airport is Malaga and Elviria is only 35 minutes away. La Mairena is set in the hills, and a holiday here would suit those looking for fabulous views, tranquil and peaceful surroundings while still being well serviced with fine quality restaurants. Beach, Golf courses, restaurants and Shopping can be found 6 minutes away or in nearby Marbella (15 minutes) and the world-famous Puerto Banus is 5 minutes further. The 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard, DVD and satellite TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher etc. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has electric shutters. burglar alarm and safe for security. There is a private garden and a shared 25-metre infinity swimming pool. This garden apartment can sleep 6 adults and is safe for children.

    If the reservation is made within 4 weeks prior the rental date the full rental price will be due within 5 working days from the reservation confirmation.
