The golden sandy Torreblanca beach has again been awarded the European Blue flag (2009) for cleanliness - you can see the flag on the beach from the terrace. This is a great apartment to enjoy a self-catering beach holiday and offers space and comfort with a large terrace. The apartment is ideal for families and couples who want an extra comfortable apartment in the perfect beachfront location. The beautiful Fuengirola Paseo Maritimo is right on your door step and is over 5 miles long and lined with Palm trees. There is level access from the seafront to the building with a lift to the third floor apartment.

The beautiful Fuengirola promanade stretches from the Castle to Torreblanca and beyond to Carvajal, is over 5 miles long and is completely flat - great for walking, jogging and cycling. Fuengirola was one of the original fishing villagas along the coast & existed well before the tourism boom with its narrow streets and lovely Church Square...... Cristal Seafront Apartment is at the quieter end of the seafront and there are many good restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. There is a newspaper shop, and a good bar in the apartment complex...... Within a few paces there is a supermarket, (open til late) chemist, post-office/newspaper shop and telephone kiosk (offering ADSL access and cheap international calls). The Torreblanca railway station is just 3 minutes walk away and links directly with Malaga Airport.

  • WINTER SUN - 1st November 2010 to 31st March 2011. The apartment is available for winter bookings of 4 weeks or more at 275 Euros/£250 per week based on 1 couple occupying the apartment and includes electricity/gas and English Satellite TV - BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and some Sky channels. (If family or friends wish to join you there is an extra charge of £50 per person per week.)
  • COUPLES SPECIAL - During Spring and Autumn 2010, I am able to offer a discount of up to 110 Euros/£100 per week when the apartment is occupied by one couple. Please call or e-mail for details.
  • PROVISIONAL BOOKING - can be made by e-mail, telephone or fax and your dates will be held for 7 days whilst payment of the 25% deposit is received. The balance is payable on ARRIVAL (or if preferred 21 days before arrival by bank transfer to UK bank account). Euro payments can be transferred to Spanish bank account....... As I own and manage the apartment, you can be assured you will find the apartment in tip-top condition with freshly laundered linen and towels. I will meet you on arrival and I am always available should you require assistance whilst on holiday - just a phone call away. Please call or e-mail if you would like to discuss a booking.

  • The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted to super king-sized bed if preferred) and fitted wardrobes. An addition fold-out bed suitable for an older child but not an adult + a travel cot for a baby are available on request. The second bedroom also has its own full bathroom. All linen and towels are provided as are hair dryers in each room. During the summer months we use 100% cotton sheets and throws and in the winter months, cosy duvets. Extra linen supplied for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Notes: The lounge is bright and sunny and leads directly onto the terrace, via double glazed patio doors. There is a 37' flatscreen TV which is connected to a Satellite dish so that you can watch all your usual English channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc + some Sky channels). The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a self-catering holiday. There is a breakfast table and 6 chairs or dine on the terrace, overlooking the Mediterranean, where there is a large table and 6 chairs (2 recliners). Sun blinds for when it's too hot!!

Rental Information:: PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS: A provisional booking may be made by telephone, e-mail or fax. Your dates will be held for 7 days awaiting payment of the deposit, if the payment is not received within seven days the property will become available to rent again. PAYMENT DETAILS: A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee secures the booking (non-refundable) which can be paid by bank transfer to UK bank account, full details are on the Rental agreement. Confirmation of booking will be sent by e-mail once the deposit is received. The final balance is payable on ARRIVAL (or if preferred 21 days prior to arrival by bank transfer. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Refundable damage deposit of £100 (or equivalent in euros) is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure day if the property is left in good condition.

Access to the Apartment:: The apartment will be available from 2pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day - unless other arrangements have been agreed. I will meet you at the apartment with the keys, show you around and answer any questions. During your holiday, I am always available if you need any assistance. Please note that for late arrivals at the apartment after 10.30pm there is an additional charge of 30 Euro.

Internet Access/Insurance: For internet access - there is an INTERNET cafe just across the road also cheap international phone calls. Remember to apply for your new EHIC card (replaces the old E111) available free on-line or from the Post Office. TRAVEL INSURANCE is also required for all members of your party.

Other Activities: Skiing - around 1.30 hours' drive to the Sierra Nevada mountain range.

Every year we rent an apartment and this one is without doubt the best we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, had everything that we could possibly need and more. The location could not have been better with the beach right in front of us and the amazing sea views, well we are already missing them! Jenny was so helpful with our booking and although we didn't need to call her during our stay it was nice to know that she was there should something go wrong, rather than the owner being back in England. We have just re-booked.

Thought I would send you a quick review of the flat as we had such a wonderful time when we were there.
Its a great building and the flat itself is finished immaculately with wonderful views.
Its got a great convenient location for the beach, restaurants and trains to Malaga and would definitely recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the area.
We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I and our 2 kids spent I week at this wonderful apartment. This apartment has everthing, spacious, self catering facilities, immaculately clean and most of all a stunning views being situated right on the Mediterranean sea. The owners were very kind and always on hand to help out. I intend to go back to the costs del sol and definitely will have no hesitation using this apartment again.
