My family and I (2 adults & 2 kids ages 10&8) spent the week in this wonderful condo. It is a great location with a peek a boo view of the ocean. Very close to beach, restaurants and stores. We brought our bikes and rode along the Bob Jones trail daily. It has a secure garage where we were able to keep our vehicles and our bicycles secure. It has a very nice master bedroom with a comfy bed along with a sofa sleeper couch. If you are looking for central location close to beach, this is an excellent choice!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A great weekend get away, steps away from beach, food, and entertainment. The condo is perfect for a couple, with lots of natural light. Home was very well maintained and clean. Looking forward to coming back. Contact for home was very accommodating and helpful.

Our family enjoyed our beach vacation at this location. You have to be willing to be in the middle of everything, but that also means you are very close to everything you might need. You are steps away from the beach, restaurants, stores, and the local shave ice stand. It is a bit noisy since it is so central. This beach is welcoming and enjoyable. There is plenty to do right in Avila and we enjoyed walking around, driving to local sights, and going on an hour boat ride. Plenty of wildlife to see: pelicans, sea lions, harbor seals, dolphins, and sea otters! The condo is well maintained and I loved having a kitchen and washing machine. All the local restaurants were fabulous as well.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
