A beautiful gated complex with landscaped gardens, 1 main pool, toddler pool and jacuzzi. Secure car parking. Beach, golf courses and more restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended. 2 kilometres from Cabopino yacht harbour, with many restaurants. Ten minutes from Marbella and 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Great for a romantic weekend or a dream holiday in the sun. Suitable for singles, couples or family holidays wanting a luxury break in a quiet location.

Additional information about rental rates

  • If you have a special request regarding the day of arrival or departure, the length of your stay, or possible special conditions for long term renting please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements. As a special service we can arrange transport to and from Malaga airport. The cost is 50 euros each way.
  • All prices are per week, not per person, and fully inclusive of electricity, utilities, air conditioning, local taxes, linen and towels and cleaning on departure.
    All bookings must be confirmed within 5 days of the initial request or the option will be automatically released.
    Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of £100 per week. Balance is payable in full not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Should payment not be received at this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. A security deposit of £200 is required at the time of full payment against loss or non return of key and any damage or breakages.
    The deposit is refundable within 30 days subject to confirmation that the apartment and its contents are left clean and without damage or breakages
