Brand new (2008) villa in the fabulous Bahama Bay Resort, just 10 minutes from the main gate of Disney, so you can beat the crowds every day. Set in 70 acres of lush, tropical gardens with a Caribbean theme, the resort offers a peaceful haven to get away from the crowds for the day, with a spa and 3 pools and whirlpools in which to relax. This stunning 2-bedroom villa is right on the lake side, with a full-size, fully furnished kitchen, open living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and cable with 2 private, screened balconies. 24-hr security makes this one of the safest resorts in Orlando. There's a sandy beach for sunbathing, and the pools. The clubhouse has a fitness centre, movie theatre, internet café, arcade, sundry store and the Tradewinds Restaurant, with beautiful views over Lake Davenport, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you'll find the major theme parks, or for a change there are forests, galleries and museums. Walmart is a few minutes away

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 1. Weekly price applies if complete 7 days falls within periods above. If your chosen week falls into two price periods we will prorata weekly rates. You will still get weekly rate per night but split across the two price periods. Bookings for more than 3 weeks receive a 10% discount.
    2. Minimum stay is 3 nights at daily rates. Please ask us to quote for shorter stays.
    3. Rates include all bedding, linen, towels, resort fees and charges including electricity and use of Resort facilities. However, on arrival the resort will take a $300 security deposit on your credit card to cover any damage. On satisfactory checkout this hold will be released from your card. We regret this is a requirement of the resort and we are unable to negotiate on this point.
    4. All prices quoted subject to Federal and State Sales Taxes (13% at the time of writing) and a cleaning charge of $65 per stay
  • 5. Only persons named on the booking form can stay in the villa. Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing or assigning. Any person not named on the booking form will be asked to leave.

    6. A deposit of ?100 per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within 7 days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due.

    7. On confirmation, an account will be issued showing the balance due. This is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, or for less than a full week stay, are payable in full at the time of booking. Full details of location and entry will be sent to you after full payment has been received.

    8. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.
  • 9. The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
    - More than 8 weeks before departure: Deposit forfeited
    - 4-8 wks before departure: 50% of total cost forfeited
    - Less than 28 days before departure: 100% of total cost forfeited

    10. Changes to confirmed bookings can be made at the owner's discretion and the client's request - an administration fee of ?10 will be charged. Changes must be notified in writing together with the relevant fee.

    11. Arrival /Departure. Rental commences at 4pm on the day of your arrival and ceases at 10.00am on the day of your departure. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. A telephone is available for your use in the house. Local calls are free of charge, but you will need a prepaid phone card or credit card for long distance or international calls.

In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay, please contact the Management Company. 2. Liability. The owners or owners' agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. Please bear in mind that the villa is situated on a development which consists of both residential and vacation homes. Therefore the owners or owners' agents cannot be hold responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing properties or any noise as a result thereof on or around the housing development.

3. Inventory Items. No inventory items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels. Any breakage or damages must be reported to the management company immediately. 4. Insurance. Clients are recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation, accidents, sickness and damage. 5. No Smoking Policy. The owners would be grateful if you would respect their no smoking request.
