Ideal for 2 families sharing. Great location for relaxing or activity holidays

Self-catering villa with panoramic views towards the sea. Upstairs the Master bedroom leads onto the balcony where you can breakfast as the sun rises over the sea and dine as the sun sinks. Balcony also accessible from upstairs lounge area. Also upstairs is a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with shower over bath, the dining area and a separate kitchen. On the ground floor is another double bedroom overlooking the pool and garden, a full bathroom with shower over bath and a large additional lounge area with a double bed settee and additional built in seating area. The downstairs lounge has doors that fully open to the garden with a couple of steps onto the large terrace and 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps. The garden is fully enclosed with grassed areas around the pool. Spain's famous Medes Isles which are great for diving can be seen from villa, they are 3 km away, 10min by car. There are a number of world class golf courses 10min away and there are numerous coves and historic sites

Estartit is home to the Medes Islands protected marine area which attracts scuba divers from around the world. It has one of the largest sandy beaches on the Costa Brava and is liked by families because of its shallow waters but also in very close proximity are many beautiful coves with different characteristics many with traditional white washed buildings like Cala Montgo, Sa Riera, Aigua Blava, Tamariu and a few miles further Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc. Torroella de Montgri is the nearest town and is well worth a visit; market day is Monday. The unspoilt medieval town of Pals is worth a visit as are the ancient Greek and Roman ruins at Empuries. The nearest golf course about 5 mins is Emporda which has a couple of courses incl a forest one. Gualta pitch and putt is also 5 minutes away. Another one at Pals is 10 mins and a bit further afield about 40 mins there are plenty of others. You can walk to Castell Montgri straight from the villa door through the woods.

    Additional persons are charged at £30 per person per week (2 x double bed settees available 1 in garden room downstairs and 1 in upstairs open plan living area)

    A tourist tax of 0,50 euros per person over 16 yrs per day (max 7 days) will be payable on key collection.

    Security Deposit 250 euros on key collection payable by credit card.

    A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  • It is possible outside of July and August to rent from either Wednesday or Saturday making possible 7,10,11,14 nights etc for flexible holidays. Prices on request.

Geat House Great Location

We spent 11days in this house , late May early June 2010.
House was clean modern & well equipped. We went with our two boys ( 3 & 6) and they absolutely loved it.
Pool is a good big size, and it gets the sun all day long, so although its not heated its always a good tempreature.
The house is really orientated for upstairs living.
Kitchen & two bedrooms are upstairs,, and fantastic big balcony with great panoramic views. Ideal for BBQ's and watching the moon rising of an evening.
Plasma screen TV in downstairs living room is great , as when it gets too hot for the kids , you can relax by the pool & they can relax by the TV.
Table football , Table tennis are bonuses.
Local supermarket has everything you could need, including the Irish Times (very impressed) and a good range of quality Spanish wines.

We will return,,,,
