Fully equipped, self-catering, non-smokers’ luxury, 845 sq ft (79 sq meters), two-bedroom apartment (one normal double, one Zip & Link which can be double or two singles) for holiday rental. Private balcony with panoramic views including the London Eye. Sleeps four comfortably and a further two on a sofa bed in the living area. Spacious kitchen and living area and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Oak flooring throughout. Based in Waterloo - ideal for the West End (ten to fifteen minute walk), South Bank Center (ten minute walk), five minutes to Waterloo station, one minute to Lambeth North tube, many bus, tube and mainline railway connections. Located on the ninth floor, with 24-hour concierge and secure underground parking. Fully equipped kitchen, TV (up to 35 digital channels), broadband point, IPOD point, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The apartment is very central - in Zone 1 - near the River Thames and within walking distance to the South Bank Centre, Hayward Gallery, Royal Festival Hall, The Globe, Tate Modern and Tate Britain, Houses of Parliament, West End Shopping, Tower Bridge, Westminster, St James Park, Unicorn Children's theatre, Covent Garden. Postcode is SE1 7XA - put this in a map site eg. multimap.co.uk to see exactly where we are. For those not so keen on walking, the apartment is right next to Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo Line) which is directly accessible from Paddington and the Heathrow Express. Many buses to all over London stop outside and there is a driveway for taxis or cars.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and convenient with everything we needed for our young family. It offers exceptional value when you consider it's central location and parking space. The photo's don't do it justice - it feels far more luxurious when you arrive. The owner always responded to our enquiries quickly and provided plenty of information for our arrival and stay.

Excellent clean apartment. Nice views from balcony, walking distance from Waterloo and next door to Lambeth North Tube. Also within walking distance of most central locations like Traf Sq, Houses of Parliament, Eye, etc. Good restaurants also within 5 minute walk. All good.

Me & my wife and our 2 adult children spent 5 days in London in Anna's apartment. It was exactly as described. Wonderful views, well equipped and great location. Bonus..... comfortable bed! One of the best things was being next door to the underground station. We walked to the Eye, Aquarium & West End for a show. Can only think of 1 thing to improve on and that would be to acquire a drip coffee maker. Anna was prompt and professional to deal with. Overall, an excellent place to stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Anna for the use of your apartment.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in London, we recommend this flat which we return to time and again because it has everything we need in an ideal location, just near tube & bus, and where we feel safe. Whether just the two of us, or with family and friends (particularly good value), we find the spaces and facilities - kitchen, washing machine, TV, bedrooms, garage and concierge downstairs - very good. The view of the London Eye at night is also a nice bonus. Each time we are welcomed back efficiently and always notice and appreciate the care taken with the essential cleaning and maintenance of the flat. It always seems fresh and well-cared for. With only a short walk to Waterloo Station, the South Bank, museums, galleries, restaurants, nearby food shopping, and much more, it makes a working stay in central London hassle-free and a cultural delight, while also making it economically possible, especially for families. We're already looking forward to our next trip and only wish we were obliged to go to London more frequently! Edward and Julia

This apartment has got the three most important features if you are looking for a holiday apartment: It's privileged location, it's convenient price and the spacious and high quality apartment.

I would really recomend this apartment to your stay in London.
