This charming house sleeps 10 +2 full sized bunk beds. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and a huge and pretty sitting room with an open fire, and a flat screen television. In the main house there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate cloakroom. The other side of an enclosed courtyard there is a converted barn comprising 2 double bedrooms and bathroom and a small kitchen area. The garden is about and acre in size and has a large lawned area and fruit trees and a wooded area. The whole property is completely enclosed with walls, fences and solid wooden gates making it ideal for children. A full range of shops and petrol is a five minute drive away and there are mobile shops, several times a week, delivering bread and other essentials. The Village has an excellent restaurant an eight minute walk away.

Less than an hour's drive from Calais the house is situated in an unspoiled village between the two charming medieval towns of Montreuil and Hesdin. Both have a good choice of restaurants and and shops, Montreuil is home to the Wine Society, and both have busy markets. The coast is about 40 minutes drive away and you can choose from the bustle of Le Touquet or the beautiful sandy beaches of St. Cecile. There are many golf courses in the area.The Abbey de Valoires with it's beautiful gardens is in the next door village. For those with an interest in history the battlefields and museums of Agincourt and the First World War are very close by and a recommended tour of the Somme can be arranged. The whole area is steeped in history.

They are all carpeted and colour coordinated with the nearby bathroom. All have double duvets except those in bedroom 4 which has single duvets. There is no duvet provided for the cot.
