Here we have the the best of both worlds! Very close to the the beach yet only 10 minutes to city center on direct bus route... Besides the quiet location you will find within less 300 meters trendy restaurants, cafes, friendly pubs, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops etc. Very well presented and spacious comprising: with 107 m2, 2 bedrooms, separated kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room/dining room with TV,DVD, all the doors leading to an amazing balcony where you can enjoy the end of your day and the out breathing sea view.

Funchal, the capital of the Madeira archipelago is known for its appealing temperatures, wine and crafts.Top spots to visit include the open Worker's Market, Blandy's Wine Lodge and the Sacred Art Museum. Friendly locals, walkable streets and cheap taxis make the city easy to get around. Funchal is located in an absolutely unique area.The amphitheatre of Funchal city begins at the harbour and rises almost 1200 m high on gentle slopes. This provides a natural shelter and was what once attracted the first settlers.The best harbour and the best climate combined with an excellent geographical position allowed Funchal to have a rapid population growth. Today Funchal is a very modern city with over 104.000 inhabitants. This does however mean that traffic congestion in the centre can become sometimes quite confusing.The city can easily be explored by foot and the apartment is convenient located 10 min driving/bus from Funchal.

  • Price per week: * Up to 2 guests 400 euros all year; 500 euros in August and New Year;
    * Up to 4 guests 450 euros all year; 550 euros in August and New Year;
    * Up to 6 guests 550 euros all year; 650 euros in August and New Year.
    A 200 Euros deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security bond of 200 Euros to cover breakables or damage is required. The price includes all the utilities, access to the pool, towels, bed and household linens provided.
    We will meet you at the property upon your arrival with a set of keys and familiarize you with the facilities. Similarly, we will meet you on the day of check-out to collect the keys and return your bond.
