This luxurious villa, with private south facing heated pool is close to Disney and many stunning Golf Courses, see our website, please ask for details. Brand new in 2008 with beautiful decoration and furniture. It has 3/4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. The villa has a fully equiped games room and a cutting edge stereo speaker system providing you with the option for music what ever room you may be in including the pool area. Our villa is fully air conditioned and enjoys all modern appliances (washer, dryer, dish washer et ) for the complete home from home holiday experience. Situated in an extremely sought after area of Florida this holiday home is not only within easy access of all theme parks and golf it also has the benefit of being very close to Walmart super store and the local hospital. Yet still has peace and tranquility for relaxation after that busy day at the parks, beach, or shopping. This home also offers a very modern games room with pool table and darts board.

Nearest airport:   Orlando at 20 Miles
Car: recommended

Our Villa is close to all of Disney's main attractions, just off the US27 leading to the main I4 which takes you to all of Orlando's attractions. Golf is 3 mins away and a large Wal Mart is also 5 mins away. local restaurants are also only a 3 minute drive away. Florida hospital is also only 5 mins from our villa and even though none of us has any intention of spending any time there, it is close enough for peace of mind. As holiday makers will appreciate who have rented self catering villas before, having such super stores as Wal Mart and Publix so close by is a real bonus ( 5 mins drive ) and only around 200 meters away is a petrol station for essentials such as bread and milk.
