In our newly renovated house, there are 2 vacation apartments. Both apartments are functionally and stylishly equipped. Here you will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are approx. 3 km to the terrace, 2 km to the golf course. The vicinity of the train station makes it possible for you to travel to and from Munich every hour. If you don’t feel like doing anything, the beautiful garden is at your disposal. You can also use the 4 bikes and the canoe. You should also visit us in the wintertime. Cross-country skiing runs are to be found in the close vicinity. There are only 5 km to the next ski lift (night and day functional). A sled is also available. Family Seidler is happy to welcome you.

Welcome in the beautiful valley of the Tegern Lake. The Tegern Lake starts in Gmund. The district Moosrain is approx. 3 km away from Lake Tegern. Our house is away from the traffic noise. In this way, you can relax yourself from the daily routine, in the middle of nature. The next shopping possibilities are in Duernbach (approx. 1 km) away. As the train station is in the close vicinity, you can reach us even without a car. You can come to us from Munich by the Bayerischen Oberlandbahn (BOB).
