This ideally located 3 bed townhouse provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people and is situated in the charming village of Aigues, which is a 10 minute picturesque drive inland from the seaside town of El Campello and only 25 minutes from Alicante airport.On the ground floor the property comprises of a kitchen with breakfast bar, cloakroom/toilet, living/dining area with sofabed which leads out to a south facing enclosed courtyard/patio area ideal for al fresco dining.There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with a single and the third bedroom with a staggered bunk bed with a med size bed as the lower bed and a single as the upper.There is a full bathroom with shower over the bath.From the roof sun terrace you can enjoy the mountain views in privacy while topping up your tan.The village bars/restaurant and supermarket are only a minutes walk from the property.

The village of Aigues is approx 365 metres above sea level providing a refreshing option for a peak summer break on the Costa Blanca with the beach only a 10 minute drive away.The surrounding mountain scenery is stunning and you can enjoy pleasant walks in 'La Pinada' the wood of tall pines carpeted with rosemary, thyme and lavender. While wandering there are many old historic buildings interdispersed in the woodland, some ruined, of the Balneario, the thermal spa built in 1816.Aigues has bars/cafes, a restaurant and a well stocked supermarket to add to the appeal for a peaceful away from it all holiday. A stroll through the village reveals its unique charm with well preserved houses with their bright colours, the church square ringed with pine trees, the 14th century tower and old washhouse. Also once a month a craft market is held in the main street. The cosmopolitan city of Alicante, the theme and water parks of Benidorm along with many other pretty villages are all in easy reach.
