Loire Valley, Nr Saumur. Neuil sur Layon is a beautiful quiet village setting and this traditional 4 bdrm house sleeps 10 comfortably. Upstairs: shower room /wc; 2 x large double bedrooms; one very large bdr (4) single beds. All rooms have washbasin. Downstairs: utility area, fully fitted kitchen (gas cooker, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, very large tastefully furnished lounge; sat TV/DVD: double bedroom; bathroom/shower/WC; High chairs and cots (2) available. Small, private gardens with BBQ. Perfect for families Good eating places in the village and in surrounding towns and villages. Excellent touring area, good base for Chateaux. Great place to chill out, yet close by you can fish, swim, go-kart, canoe. An hour's drive from Futuroscope, a couple of hours to the coast. Fly to Paris, Poitiers, Tours, Nantes, La Rochelle. Visit Doue la Fontaine for a great zoo and troglydite houses.re supermarkets, good restaurants. CD Rom avail. Need to provide own bed linen/towel.

Close to the historic towns of Saumur and Angers this location is excellent for both the wine and the chateaux trails of the Loire Valley. Great cycling country, picturesque towns and villages set in the beautiful countryside. Parc naturals, Canoeing, Go Karting and the great zoo at Doue La Fontaine all within easy reach. 5 Vineyards alone in the village. Local markets within easy reach. Good shopping in larger towns, including Cholet. Excellent restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. You can do a lot or just sit in the garden with a wine, a book, underneath the peach tree and chill out. Enjoy a BBQ in the lovely evenings, watch the stars come out at night. Great Chateaux, marvellous heritage - visit troglodyte houses and villages. Visit the fantastic theme park at Futuroscope in Poitiers, just an hour away but get there early. Or make a day of it by the beach at La Rochelle, an early start needed but well worth it. As would be a day out at St Jean de Monts, again on the coast.

Very comfortable beds . Pillows and Continental quilts provided, bed linen not normally. - however can be provided dependent upon circumstances. 2 cots are also available for infants. Traditional shuttered windows add to the general ambiance of the building - pleasant views from upstairs Downstairs bedroom can be used as very large single or twin bedded room with picturesque dutch door.
