Brand new, spacious 4 bed detached villa, sleeps 8 + cot, situated in the tranquil town of Valros. 5 min. drive away from the historic village of Pezenas. Large enclosed garden & terraces. Private swimming pool (10m x 4m) Local shops,Patisserie & pubs a short walk, Mediterranean beaches 15 minutes drive Accommodation: Kitchen - Well equipped large modern kitchen, with washing machine,dishwasher,full size fridge freezer, Electric hob with extractor above, full size oven, microwave, also provided is an Iron & Ironing board, plus there is an outside drying line for your convenience. Dining room ~ Large dining table and chairs which seats 8, High chair also provided, French doors leading out to back garden and top terrace. Notes: Exterior: Large well maintained private South facing garden, completely fenced with unrestricted beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards, hills & views towards the village of Valros and beyond, with large swimming pool 10mtr x 4mtr,depth 1.6mtr to 2mtr deep, with semicircle steps leading into pool (for sole use of guests). In accordance with French Safety Law the pool is equipped with an alarm system. Also included is a large stone BBQ, table and chairs on both terraces, there is also outside lighting on the top terrace for late outside dining, also provided is ample sun beds. All linen including quilts, bathroom towels, pool towels(beach)and kitchen linen provided. So less to carry if you are flying! **Please bring Oil Free Suntan lotions to prevent damage to the Swimming Pool Filter.**

Pezenas is a rich historic town with loads of character. Good Saturday market, lots of restaurants, traditional bakeries, Saturday market from 9am to 4pm. Bessan – Sunday market, morning only, very useful if you arrived late on Saturday. Late night opening in summer, Wednesday & Friday Nights open shops open till Midnight. Shops and restaurants for any time or evening, Water Park, Luna Park, Aquarium, Dino Land, (see leaflets for details). Valras Plage. Beach, shops and restaurants. Tennis – locally in town. Horse riding. Mountain biking – lot of places to go.

Golf: GOLF - Beziers Saint Thomas (10 minutes) Cap D'Agde (20 Minutes) La Grande Motte (45 Minutes) Also many other local courses within an hour.
