This lovely apartment is situated in a small, private, tucked away urbanisation on the favored east side of Nerja, yet is just a few minutes walk away from a small cluster of bars and restaurants, the new indoor swimming pool and sports arena and a very good supermarket.The town of Nerja and it’s most popular beach – Burriana are around a 15/20 minute walk. The apartment is modern and beautifully presented. Facilities include Sky Digital Satellite with a 14in television with integrated VCR together with radio, cassette and CD player. Bedlinen and towels. Digital safe. Ceiling fans throughout. Large south facing, part covered terrace which gets the sun all day and enjoys spectacular views to the sea and the town of Nerja.The terrace has two sun loungers plus table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Huge, newly refurbished communal pool plus toddler pool and gardens with sun beds. Ample parking.

15/20 minute walk to Nerja's most popular beach - Burriana beach.Once again awarded the EU blue flag for cleanliness. The beach has a host of bars, restaurants and shops.Look out for Ayo's famous paella being cooked on the beach. Nearest airport is Malaga at around 45 kms. We are happy to arrange transfers for you or to recommend car hire companies covering Nerja and Malaga.

Heating and rugs provided in winter months. The property is on a pedestrian only pathway.There are around 10 steps from its private front gate to the front door. The ample parking is around 150 meters away from the apartment. Large, part covered south facing terrace, accessed from the lounge and from the front door. Dining table, chairs and sun loungers.Also 2 sun beds. Huge newly refurbished communal pool and toddler pool (closed Nov-Mar incl) with further sun beds and sun shades. Beautifully maintained gardens in and around the pool area. Ample parking. Cots, high chairs, portable air-con units and beach towels all available for hire.
