*Our Borrego Ridge semi-detached villa offers unobstructed views of the Canadian Rocky/Columbia Mountain Ranges and the Columbia River Valley together in an elegant, spacious and fully equipped vacation retreat. Enjoy the mountains, wildlife, sun, and stars from our deck, patio, or indoors on two levels!
*We have almost 1200 square feet per level, a large deck, a ground level patio, walls of windows facing the Purcell Mountains, 10 foot ceilings, large open living space, including a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bathrooms centrally located on both levels and a 3rd bathroom in the master bedroom.
*4 Bedrooms (two up, two down):
-Master bedroom features large windows (amazing view), king-size bed, two-way slate fireplace and ensuite;
-Second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the Rocky Mountains to the east;
-Third bedroom has large windows (amazing view again) and a queen bed;
-Fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - a twin bed over twin bed, and a twin bed over double bed.
*Bring what you want to cook because preparing meals in our fully equipped, spacious open kitchen is a delight as there is plenty of counter space, and have we mentioned the views? The granite countertops have a raised eating area with 4 barstools. Alongside is the dining area with an extendable dining table for large groups. A large propane BBQ and patio furniture is on the deck off the main level for your convenience.
*You’ll find the decor exceptional with leather furniture in the great room and rec room, hardwood floors, two-way slate fireplace, two 42” flat panel HDTVs, cable HDTV, wireless internet, stereos, washer and dryer - all to help you to feel right at home and enjoy a carefree vacation experience.
*Our walkout lower level includes a rec room with a pool table, wet bar, beer fridge, and a wine fridge. Two of the bedrooms and a custom laundry room are located off the rec room.
*The locale is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream come true! With Banff and Kootenay National Parks, the Columbia River Valley and the Purcell Wilderness as neighbors, there is spectacular scenery and numerous outdoor activities to ensure that you will never be bored in all seasons.

We have been coming to the valley for years because we can't get enough of the whole experience. The drive through the mountains, the peacefulness, exploring, adventures and relaxing all in one place attracts us. We love the easy access to the wilderness and never get tired of discovering the area together in all seasons as the weather here is fantastic! If we choose to stay close to the villa, the stunning scenery and wildlife sights are sure to keep us content. We hope that you can enjoy our piece of paradise as much as we do!
We are drawn to the deck for coffee in the morning, or to relax in one of the swings on the patio below. We love to soak up the sun and stars, sit and watch a movie, or enjoy the sights from anywhere inside. Our home offers all conveniences that you would want; it is tastefully decorated with new furniture throughout, and fully equipped. Walking around the neighborhood is an experience in itself. The mountains tower all around us, and it is not uncommon to be sharing the way with bighorn sheep and deer unexpectedly! After a short 10-15 minute walk we are “downtown” where there is a grocery store, liquor stores, pubs, restaurants, information centre, cafes, and more. There are 4 bedrooms in our home, with a pool table, wet bar, large kitchen, large dining area, and lots more. There is plenty of room for family gatherings, friends, or a business get away.

A reservation deposit of $500.00 is due upon booking and will convert to a security deposit upon check-in. The balances are paid as follows: 50% due 60 days prior and the final 50% due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
