Florenças’ house is situated in the southwest of Madeira, in Calheta, within 45 minutes from the Madeira international airport. It is also 10 minutes away from the yellow sandy beach in Calheta and also ten minutes from Paul da Serra. The sky spreads like a canvas in shades of blue and the beauty of the sea, attracts the attention of the most absent-minded, inviting to a swim in the sea. It has free access to Wi-Fi and internet you are never far away to make an important business. The fresh air, the clean water, the flowers scent and the chirping of the birds is our offer to you.

Nearest Airport: Madeira Airports at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 6 Kilometres
Car: necessary
From the airport you have to drive directly to Funchal. And then you keep the same road in direction to Ribeira Brava. You have to leave in Ribeira Brava and you follow Calheta. You get to the first round of Calheta town has option of Calheta or arco da Calheta therefore choose Arco da Calheta, right then you will find another roundabout with the following outputs, Arco da Calheta, Ledo, Vila Calheta,you chooses to Arco da Calheta and after 300 metres, you will find writing-Porto Moniz-Funchal, will turn left to Porto Moniz, keep going down that road and passed Loreto, always with the same road towards Calheta, you passed a little town Loreto. Once you pass Loreto Village you will see on the roadside one barbecue and in front of that is one road where is writing Sitio Florenças, change road and go up some 200 metres and in the first road in your right (this is only one direction) go down 100 meters and you will find a black gate to the left.

  • The reservation will only be considered definite after the reception of a deposit (25% of the full payment) by bank transfer which should be made promptly after confirmation of availability from Casa Florenças. If the transfer is not made within five days, the reservation will be cancelled.
    The remaining 75% is to be paid when checking in, by cash, bank card or credit card.

    Cancellations policy:
    Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation, this must be communicated in writing (e-mail or fax) at least 15 days before check in. In these circumstances the deposit will be returned, minus any transfer costs. The entire deposit will be retained by Casa Florenças if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before check in .
  • Children and Extra bed:
    Children under three years old are freely accommodated. Older children or adults must pay € 30,00 per night and per person. The maximum capacity is only 1 bed per person. It will be at your disposal whenever you request it, but you must have a confirmation. The payment is made to the owner.
