My rental terms are the following:
I accept credit card payment. First you put a deposit (you can pay it with a credit card). Upon payment I put you as a Guest on my reservation and email to you the Marriott confirmation number.
Upon verification you pay the remaining balance of the rent. Upon full payment I email to you your Marriott Confirmation Certificate.
References (in your native language) from my repeat renters from around the world (USA, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Russia) are available on request.

wraparound huge furnished balcony. Huge open well equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer, three TVs and DVD. Jacuzzi Hot Tub for two people in the
Master Bedroom.

Villas offer Lock-Off option, enabling you to create separate units - one with full kitchen, living and dining areas, and the other with a kitchenette.
The master bedroom has 1 king bed plus a bathroom. There is 1 queen size
bed, and a pull out queen sofa bed in the second bedroom (with a lock off
feature from the main room. It also has it's own bathroom, kitchenette and
private balcony). There is also a queen sofa bed in the livingroom. The
condo features central air, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, sink,
dishes, coffee maker, telephone, Satellite TV, DVD player, safe,
radio/alarm, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and balcony.
Glitzy night life and many good restaurants just across the street from the
Marriott on the Palm Beach Strip. Dozens of casinos, Complimentary Drinks.
Marriott Reservation will be in your name.

Marriott Surf Club has great facilities like one of the world best Palm
Beach, sport club, sauna, jacuzzi, jet propelled lazy river and playground
for kids with daycare. It also offers many gas grills for the guests (comes
handy for you if you decide to buy fresh fish from the fishermen right there
on the pier). If you want to eat-in there are also three great Supermarkets
(with prices somewhat similar to the US) within 5-10 min of the Marriott
(you can take a mini-bus and fare is $1.30). Taxi fare from the Airport to
the Marriott is $25 (they also have buses from the Airport and fare is
$1.30).
Your Villa has a complementary High Speed Internet, Cable TV.
There is a nominal Aruba Government Energy Tax payable at the check out ($60
per a 2Br Villa/per week).
Guests of the Aruba Marriott Surf Club have full access to the Marriott
Stellaris Hotel and Casino and the Marriott Ocean Club facilities.
