Beautiful flat in Paris in the south of Paris,50 m2 with a Private garden (18m2) in the 14th arrondissement will charm you for its peace,clear and suny attractiveness and high standard . At 5 minutes: underground' Porte d'Orléans' or 'Alesia' direct to ' Quartier Latin' , 10 minutes correspondence 'Orly' and 'Charles de Gaulle' airports and Montparnasse railway station. In front of it the tramway; 5 minutes from South motorway and peripheriques.Cheap car parking at 500 m.Very close of Montsouris park, swimming pool and sports. It still preserves its traditional French feel with its vibrant street life, its many markets ('Porte de Vanves ' flee market and antik books market at ' parc Georges Brassens ' opened the week-end ) , artists atelier, restaurants,shops and cafe .There are the Paris catacombes, tower Montparnasse for its view 360°over Paris from 56th floor,rue 'Daguerre'(the fish and fruit pedestrian market street),the Montparnasse cemetery whith its well known artists tombs

Nearest Airport: Orly airport at 15 Kilometres
This apartment is located in 14th arrondissement at the 139 Bd Brune in the south of Paris, direct by underground to 'Quartier latin' heart of PARIS and 'Montparnasse' area ; Near the 'catacombes' and 'Montparnasse' tower Very easy to arrive , by car, in driving by motor way and the 'périphériques' at 'Porte d'Orléans'. There is a parking very cheap at 10 minutes from our flat . The building is very well lived, quiet with a caretaker. On the front there is the new tramway, and, with the underground, very easy to visit Paris without losing time. It is possible to rent bicycles : for that please contact ' Mairie de Paris ' or ' Office de tourisme de Paris and ask for ' Velolib ' . There is a ' velolib' station on the front of our flat If you arrive by 'De Gaulle' or 'Orly' airports go down at the 'Denfert-Rochereau' station then take underground line 4 to ' Porte d'Orléans' , then take tramway to 'Jean Moulin' station ( just one station after 'Porte d'Orléans' )

This living-room is equiped of a table and 6 chairs with 2 armchairs to dinner. Quiet ,clear and very sunny all the afternoon. This apparment is for 4 people ( maximum 5 in adding a single bed in the Bedroom 1 ) .

Car Parking at ' Porte d'Orléans ': At ' Porte d'orléans ' underground station at 10 minutes walking from our flat , there is a cheap parking for your car in order to not have some troubles with your car . You'll find all details about it in enclosures information I sent you after your inquiry .

We found the apartment very cozy, comfortable, well furnished and in a strategic spot, very close to the Métro. We recommend it to couples or families that prefer a more homely sojourn than a hotel.

Everything was in perfect order, including negotiations with the owner.
Great connections to the city center.
For two people wonderful. Later we were four, even that was not a problem. But housing in five I can not imagine.
If you are coming by car, I recommend to use nearby garages.

Fabulous way to see Paris

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very cosy and very wll equipped flat. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and 2 metro stops within a 10 to 15 min walk. There is an East/West tram just outside the door. Not to be missed is the patio terrace just off the bedroom, perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Neighbors and neighborhood very friendly and welcoming. The host and his staff (family members) were very helpful with all of the arrangements.Thanks.

The apartment is indeed beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in an old, charming building and the garden provides a pleasant place to relax in the evening and soak up the french atmosphere.There are plenty of shops within walking distance of the apartment, including two supermarkets.Various restaurants and cafes are also nearby.The location is excellent for commuting to the areas of interest in and around Paris, as the nearest tube station is a short walk away from the apartment. The owners were very helpful, polite and welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to our friends as a delightful place to stay when visiting Paris.

A lovely little apartment. An estimate small terrace which we used every night. Maybe a little small for 5 people, but with everything you need.
Trampway just outside the door, and very short distance to the metro.
Good contact with the owner.
All in all a lovely holiday.
