My Winter Vacation In Ireland

Tom's house was everything I expected and a great deal more. Truthfully, I wish I could have stayed longer as there is so much to see, and do. My daughter and I got up in the morning, sat at the kitchen table, and gazed out over the lake watching the sheep on the other side grazing, and watching the sun rise. The kitchen is every woman's delight, and so well stocked that you wouldn't need anything else. The comforters on the bed were light, fluffy, and so nice to cuddle under (and warm I might add). Tom was a delight to correspond with answering any questions I might have, and it was a pleasure to meet Mary, the caretaker, who offered her services if we needed anything. The furnishings are beautiful, and the house itself is so well maintained that it was a delight staying there. I would most certainly recommend Toms house to anyone who plans on staying in that area, and promise you won't be disappointed. Try the bakery in Clifden as it has delicious treats if you have a craving for sweets. As always it was a pleasure returning to Ireland and enjoying the hospitality of the Irish people.
