Moyard is a rural town-land situated 5 miles from Clifden, the capital of Connemara, and 3 miles from Letterfrack village and Connemara National Park and 5 miles from Kylemore Abbey on the N59. Moyard is also 5 miles from Cleggan village and the gateway to Inishbofin Island. The scenery in North West Connemara is a breathtaking and ever-changing landscape of majestic mountains, spectacular beaches, prehistoric bogs and mist covered lakes. Moyard is at the heart of this scenery and within these acres of scenery there is a choice of activities, places to visits, shops, modern conveniences, restaurants and lively pubs. Sandy beaches, mountains, walks, horse riding. Our house overlooks a lake and is situated on a quiet road with stunning views over Garrenbaun lake and still not far away from all the amenities.
