House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Fantastic location with huge, private yard. Lots of toys throughout the house (Pool table, Jukebox, Salt water pool, XBox, Dart board, wet bar, etc). House has two very large bedrooms on each end of the house. Private bathrooms. Cal King bed and Queen bed. Third bedroom is smaller, with a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom.

Modern appliances. Tankless hot water heater. New HVAV. 2 separate HVAC systems. Large, double garage.

Beautiful, spacious private backyard, with grass for small dog. Lots of orange, lemon trees. Fig and two olive trees, as well. 20+ palm trees.

TVs and DVD players in bedrooms. Large Aquos TV in family room. Rothko replica and other great artwork throughout. Gas fireplace.

Close to airport, golf, tennis, downtown Palm Springs, spas, galleries, museums, Casinos, Tram, restaurants, hiking, etc

About Mike Loza

Janice and Sandy MacCulloch. I am a dual citizen living in Western Canada. I grew up in Southern California. We purchased Santa Ynez last year, and have spent most of this year enjoying it. I am a mechanical fanatic, so I made the house as up-to-date as possible. We are too young to retire just yet, but will someday be in Santa Ynez ! We have been here for all seasons, and enjoy each equally.

We recently visited Palm Springs and utilized this house as our home base. Everything about this property was as advertised and then some. Large kitchen with modern appliances, private bedrooms with nice bathrooms, and a very private pool area. We especially liked the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area, bar, and living room. Great place to congregrate as a group and hang out!! Great central location as nothing was more than 10 minutes away with most needs in less than 5. Ultimately though, it was the value that made us the most happy! Very reasonable compared to other similar rentals plus all the little details this home owner has thought of. Property manager was very friendly and great to work with as he accommodated our change of arrival time.
Would reccommend this property to anyone.

Our 9 days at this property was just amazing. At the start the owners/property manager looked after our late arrival which was appreciated. The backyard was beautiful with a an awesome view of the mountains while sitting around the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for any chef to cook while away from home. We will definitely be back!!!

The pictures of the home don't do it justice by any means. Great location..
