This is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa on Cumbrian Lakes, which is a gated Community. The villa is appointed to a high standard, and backs onto Woodland. Cumbrian Lakes is located just off Highway 192 and has easy access to the I4, Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Both Kennedy Space Centre and Siesta Keys Beach in Sarasota are an easy 1hr 30 min drive, should you wish to explore further. The villa has an excellent Property Management Company who will offer help and advice on all that there is to see and do, should this be your first visit. For those of you who are keen golfers, the club house is a 2 minute walk. Walmart is located directly outside the entrance of this Gated Community.

  • Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling or in US Dollars, depending on the home country of the renter. We are able to offer special rates for long term bookings 8.e. one month and over.
  • Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £75 per week.
  • A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve the villa. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus £100 per week refundable Security Deposit is payable upon booking. A booking form will be sent with full details.
