Skyline cabin is a newly built pioneer style log cabin: a very unique, charming, personal, and welcoming home that makes its visitors feel like they are guests in a very special place. You will have the time of your life on this vacation in Jackson Hole.

The cabin is perfectly located just 4 minutes from town of Jackson and 10 minutes from Teton Village ski resort and Grand Teton National park. Our property is approximately 1,050 square feet with open floor plan and is finished with hardwood and rock flooring, butcher block countertops, wood burning fireplaces, regular & mini refrigerators, and flat screen TV. It is a two level cabin with a small loft nestled on a lot that is visited regularly by wildlife. The cabin sleeps 4 people. There is a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds on a loft.

A short flight of steps leads from the mud room/laundry room and heated garage to the main living area, which is flooded with sunlight from all sides. Each window offers amazing mountain views. A cute cabin style couch faces the wood-burning stone fireplace. In the dining area, an antique chandelier hangs over the table, which is surrounded by custom built bench and a few chairs. Just a step further, a well-equipped kitchen awaits with Jackson Hole’s own cookbook should you be tempted... Just beyond the living room is a deck with a grill for cooking in the open air.

Skyline cabin is a handsome log cabin finished with reclaimed barn wood, and stone in Skyline Ranch, where winter and summer are welcomed with equal joy. Numerous windows hold views of the Teton mountain range, the trails, the aspens and big, big skies.

Jackson Hole offers terrific skiing in the winter and numerous outdoor activities in the summer. It is also just 60 miles south of Yellowstone National Park.

The cabin is perfectly suited for peaceful reflection on the day’s adventures: from skiing & snowmobiling to fishing, kayaking, horse-back riding and hiking in Grand Teton National Park.

About The Owner

"I am a photographer and adventurer, born in London, UK.

When I found Jackson Hole...I knew it was the place I wanted to design and build my dream for.

Treehouse or log cabin, I went for the latter as it most fits the site and views I chose for it.

Though it is hard to share beyond friends and family, I cannot resist as it truly has such a special atmosphere - particularly for city escapees!

A peaceful and fun old-time space, it could not be more perfectly situated: the cowboy town of Jackson is 4 minutes in one direction, the Snake River (with world class fly-fishing, hikes & float trips the stuff dreams and movies are made of!) 2 minutes in the other direction, and of course Jackson Hole's primary famous ski resort "Teton Village" a few more minutes beyond. Big Sky country, the Spring is great for snowmobiling and trips to Yellowstone, and the Autumn is most locals' favourite season - for its fiery colours set in such a stunning and varied landscape of lakes, mountains, forests and open sage brush plains, with moose and buffalo a common sight.

Wonderful cabin - highly recommend

We've been coming to Jackson every winter for the past 7 years, and have a well established list of places we need to go, things we need to do, etc. Skyline Cabin was absolutely perfect for our 8th trip (this time our honeymoon!) Wonderful location near town, but also near our favorite outdoor spots, and beautiful accommodations all around. The pictures and description provided are accurate, but the cabin is even more quaint, romantic and cozy-comfortable than we imagined! The decks were an unexpected treat. We have a lot of gear when we drive out from Wisconsin, and the garage was excellent to have, as well as a nice mudroom off the garage to dump sweaty clothing right in the washer. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a bit more basking in the views that we knew were behind all of the cloud cover, but we look forward to enjoying that next year. Our dogs were also happy to have Skyline Cabin as our Jackson launchpad. Skyline Cabin is the kind of place that feels like coming home. Thanks to the owners!

I planned a imprompto mini getaway and this was the perfect place for it! It is VERY peaceful, yet close to all activities, shopping, food, and wildlife! The hosts were FAB-U-LOUS and I will definately stay here on my next trip to Jackson!

Just Magical!

My family and I have been coming to Jackson for years staying at various places in Teton Village. We had always felt it was the best location and accommodations until now. While we will always love it there, the charm, warmth and comforting energy that Skyline Cabin has cannot be beat. The views from every angle were amazing outside and in. The attention to detail inside the cabin is something to admire and cherish. And, the sound of traveling elk outside one morning was magical. Jackson Hole is magical and so is Skyline Cabin. If you are looking for an inviting place that is relaxing, rejuvenating and whimsical then this is the place to stay. And, last but not least, the owners are extremely helpful in every way as it relates to local information, your rental details and so on. All you have to do is pack your bags and arrive at the front door and everything else is set. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The perfect cabin experience in Jackson Hole

We LOVED the Skyline Cabin in Jackson Hole. The property combines all of the charm of a rustic cabin with all of the high-end modern comforts that make a vacation beautiful and relaxing. The setting is spectacular - views from every window and the location excellent to explore Jackson and its surroundings. AND, the property manager, ANNA, is so friendly, helpful, smart, competent, and thoughtful that not only did she make our stay perfect, I'd like to keep her as a friend!

One thing to note: The property is up a flight of stairs and is not suitable for anyone who cannot use stairs. Otherwise, it's great for everyone.

This place has really touched our hearts, with its magical setting, its welcoming sense of home amd mix of individual personality in style and layout. From the moment we turned the corner and saw the cabin, we knew it would be special, then you walk in and it takes your breath away. Every window has a view of the ever changing mountain scenes. We love it! We think the bath and shower are stunning, now have we had such a view when soaking!! All of Anna's and Peter's friendly suggestions for places to go we did :-) Thank you, we'll be back!!
