Beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bathroom log lake home on Burt Lake. Enjoy full access to Burt Lake (part of the inland waterway and one of the largest lakes in Michigan), wonderful views and beautiful sunsets. Four miles from Indian River on a private road with well maintained walking areas. This cottage is centrally located with convenient access to golfing and dining, and a short drive to Boyne, Nubs Nob, Petoskey and Mackinaw. Come enjoy this wonderful, fully appointed four season vacation home! Completely remodeled in 2000.

My husband and I bought and completely remodeled this home in 2000. We love spending time here but, due to other obligations, have decided to offer it as a rental property part time.
