Set on 3 levels this beautiful semi-detached villa with garden, terraces and access to swimming pools is spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. Entry is via a sunny porch equipped with table and chairs, into the open plan lounge and dining room with a comfortable leather 3 piece suite, Sky TV, a dining table and 6 placings. The kitchen, is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a twin bedroom on this level along with a fully fitted shower room. On the first floor is a master bedroom with double patio doors to a private terrace with table and chairs from which to enjoy the morning sunshine . A further twin bedroom and fully fitted bathroom is also found at this level. The third level houses a very spacious sunny roof solarium with views to the famous pink salt lakes and Mediterranean. The solarium is furnished with table, chairs and sun beds. The rear garden is a great place to relax and entertain with a large stone BBQ, patio table and chairs

Situated in a peaceful residential area the villa affords views of the med and famous pink salt lakes. Minutes walk from tapas bars, cafes and restaurants serving both traditional Spanish and World cuisines. Torrevieja, with its stunning promenade is approximately 15 minutes drive. Local activities: golf, diving, surfing, wind-surfing, water skiing,swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading and ofcourse dining!
