Best Christmas Ever
We have been renting vacation homes for 7 years, this home is definitely rated our #1 pick. My husband builds vaction homes so he has an eye for detail and luxury. The staff was professional, other homes we stayed in also had full staff but nothing compared to the service we received at this villa. Ty, the villa host was always there to arrange outings and answer any questions we had. One night there was a rain storm, in moments he had a crew to clean up any water that had come in the open doors, and assure us everything was taken care of. He arranged a bonfire for us on the private beach. All of the wood was brought down, the fire was lit, a full bar was provided and Ty and his staff provided us all with transportation to the fire via the back of their motorcycles! What an experience! . The pool was always clean, you will not believe the size and view. Our rooms were cleaned by the time we finished breakfast. There were 7 adult using 5 bedrooms and everything was clean and kept neat and tidy. Our meals where prepared very professional and always on time. We never ate out because we didn't want to miss out on the fabulous food our chef was preparing. Peggy the house manager was a big help before and afer the our vacation. Some of my family members left some belongings behind, Peggy and Ty located the items and had them sent home to us right away.
