About Kim Olah
My name is Kim and I am married to Steve. I own this rental property with my brother, Gene. We inherited the property from our Grandmother.
Steve and I have 4 kids; ages 25, 20, 18, and 13. Steve is a Systems Engineer and I am a licensed Nail Tech, but the majority of my work is here, on the property, and caregiver to my other Grandmother.
Gene works hard, both with his Masonry business and here on the property. He has one son who is 20. Gene enjoys being on the water in his bass boat or kayak. He also loves deep-sea fishing and traveling to Assateague Island.
Kim Olah purchased this house in 2012
Why Kim Olah chose North East
This beautiful property has been in my family since 1918 when my Grandfather moved here from NY with his parents; he was 5 years old. My Dad grew up here, and then Gene and I grew up here as well. And we love it so much, we are still here, on the property (so we are very close if you need anything during your stay).
When we were growing up, our Grandparents rented the property for summer rentals and those are our favorite childhood memories, so we are so excited to be bringing that back!
What makes this house unique
One of my favorite things is being out on the water. It is so serene and I believe it's the most beautiful, peaceful place. I leave my stress behind as I kayak and enjoy the summer breeze and the sunshine and all of the wildlife- it is truly awesome!
