Very high quality furnishings - from B&B Italian beds to french antique decor. Very cool and family friendly too. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably with fully equipped and modern kitchen. Huge garden - more than 2 acres and fantastic decked area right outside the house. Very family friendly beach property - while great for kids - so stylish it will suit couples and groups of friends in search of a high quality holiday property. Remote - away from it all location but with access to the lovely market town of Truro - only a short 20 minute drive. This property offers all the best of Cornwall. Nearby is the Hotel Tresanton - the coolest hotel in Cornwall and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen is only a short drive away. This is the ideal getaway for those interested in a 'greener holiday' but without compromising.

The property is located in South Cornwall - 20 minute drive from either St Austell or the beautiful market town of Truro. Nearby attractions include The Eden Project, the vast sandy beaches at Watergate Bay - home to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, amazing walks minutes from the and St Mawes - home to the Hotel Tresanton and a beautiful little seaside town. The bungalow is situated in an exceptionally unspoilt but vibrant area of Cornwall. Activities include anything from sailing (in the stylish sailing boat included in the house rate) to eating out in some of the great restaurants close by - including the lugger - after a brisk clifftop walk and the driftwood a short drive away. Surfing at Lusty Glaze or Watergate bay in nearby Newquay is only a short 1/2 an hour drive and there is plenty for both adults and kids alike to keep them busy. The house is easily accessible by train, car or plane from near by Newquay airport. This is the place for the holiday maker
