About Isabel Hull

I first went to Klosters when I was 21 and studying German at university. I loved the place so much I kept returning for holidays, so when we were looking for a holiday home to purchase, this was the obvious place!

Isabel Hull purchased this apartment in 2004

Why Isabel Hull chose Klosters

The chalet is immediately opposite the Chesa Selfranga hotel where I worked all those years ago, and which is still run by my good friends Susanne and Remo Thon - now my keyholders!

What makes this apartment unique

We love being in Selfranga for the peace and quiet and the fantastic views of the village, the glacier and the surrounding mountains - yet only a beautiful 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey from the centre of the village with all its amenities.

Excellent Apartment - Just the Best!

For the second year in a row we chose this apartment.

Again, the owner, Isabel was really accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is modern, spacious, warm and well equipped - absolutely ideal for 4 people! It is immaculately clean and well maintained.

We had another excellent ski holiday! Just perfect for our family.

This year we walked up to the station each morning and bought fresh bread, we caught the bus (bus stop very close to apt) to Klosters and skied back to apt. Great not to use the car.

Boys loved playing outside in the snow and we just loved chilling.

All told - absolutely terrific!!! And we hope we can return again next year...

Great apt for a ski holiday

Have just returned from a week in this fabulous apartment.

Apt was exactly as stated on the site. Great appliances, well equipped, very warm and clean Apt is well maintained and cosy and there is plenty of room on the lounge for four people! Views from the lounge were lovely.

Owners were very easy to communicate with. The location was great, bus stop was a few minutes walk and then you could ski back right to the front door. There is a large locker room for skis and boots and there is under cover parking.

Guest cards for Klosters make moving around very easy and train ride to Davos is very scenic. Klosters is fun to walk around and supermarket has everything one needs at reasonable prices.

All told we had a superb week. It is our fifth visit to Klosters and I hope we can use this apartment again next year.

lovely apartment with great views

This apartment is located in a quiet area of Klosters literally on the edge of the golf course. The views are superb and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The appliances were good quality and the bathroom and additional shower rooms were well presented with lovely powerful showers. We had our 2 teenage sons with us and made full use of the Davos Klosters card using the buses, trains and cable cards each day and all for free. We did a different walk every day and our favourite was the panorama weg with stunning views. We relaxed some afternoons in the beautiful outdoor swimming pool in Klosters complete with spring board and high diving board. My husband hired a mountain bike and did the downhill route from Gotschnaboden- not for the faint hearted! Isabelle replied promptly to all our e mails and was very helpful. i would not hesitate in recommending this apartment for an active summer holiday.

Apartment in Klosters 406680

The Apartment was easy to find due to the precise details given to us by the owners who also supplied us with excellent details to make our stay very enjoyable. The apartment had everything you could possible need plus it was very clean and very well maintained. The backdrop to the property was exceptional backing onto the local golf course. For a golfing holiday in the summer it would be ideal with an additional golf course nearby at Davos. The Davos/Klosters inclusive card which the owners told us about before we travelled was excellent value because we went up every cable car in the area for a very small fee compared with the normal price. I would recommend this property to anyone who would like to stay in Klosters whether it was summer or winter.

Christmas 2010 - Amazing Holiday

Where to begin !!!!!! This is an amazing apartment, the photos dont do it justice. It has everything you could possibly need , just like being at home. The views from the French doors are breathtaking, we even had visits from wild deer and rabbits which the children loved. The ski locker room in the basement was a god send and totally secure. The children loved sledging in the private garden and it was only a 5 min walk to a childrens slope where they did more sledging and playing in the snow. There is another ski run (which is not covered on your ski pass - approx 30 franks for the day) just beyond the childrens slope if you fancy an easy ski - (blue run) which was great fun as you could go off piste without it being too dangerous and great fun doing some small jumps.We arranged a Sleigh ride on christmas eve which was even better than the ones we have had in Lapland. Klosters itself is a beautiful friendly resort with some nice shops and not at the prices you would expect for such a prestigious resort, we found it cheaper than France. The supermarket was also very well stocked.

Davos ski-ing was excellent, we loved Jackobshorn in particular, we chose to drive there but there is excellent transport from Klosters.

We had an fantastic holiday so much so we have booked for Christmas 2011. Isabel the owner has been a joy to communicate with and has helped so much with making our holiday perfect.

Excellent Value - Klosters Condo

The listing is exactly as specified. All services and descriptions were accurate. We loved the condo as it is well maintained, clean and well furnished.It has plenty of space ( 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , a well stocked kitchen, lovely patio and spacious living room)

The owner was very easy to work with and wass very helpful in providing advice about activities, services and attractions.

It is close to a good restaurant ( Remo's) and the location is very suitable for anyone interested in skiing in the Klosters Davos area.

I highly recommend the property to anyone

Klosters is a place with something for everyone! In winter, of course, there's the world-class skiing and snowboarding, with over 50 lifts and 250km of pistes for skiers of all abilities in the Davos Klosters Mountains region. However, Klosters makes a great destination for a summer holiday too, with over 700km of walking routes. Many other activities are on offer as well, including mountain-biking tracks and routes, tennis, rafting, swimming. . . and now golf too, on the spectacular 9-hole course opened in 2005.

Graubunden has some of Switzerland's most beautiful scenery, including part of the Swiss National Park and the Engadin valley (easily accessible through the Vereina rail tunnel from Klosters). Within easy reach are the regional capital, Chur, which is Switzerland's oldest town, and many well-known resorts including Arosa and St-Moritz, not to mention numerous picturesque smaller villages.
