Beachcomber's Paradise has been completely remodeled inside and out. This cofortable, fully stocked house is located at MP 20.5, on the ocean side of the road with no streets to cross to get to the beach. Beach nourishment was completed in the fall of 2011, and the beach is wide waiting for sun, sand, and surf lovers for another year of paradise in Nags head. You will be provided with a unique code for your stay allowing you to go directly to the house without stopping at a rental office to pick up a key. Check out is as effortless with no stopping to drop off the keys. No need to pack sheets or towels, they are provided free of charge to our guests. One less thing you'll need to pack for your relaxing vacation. The beds will be made on your arrival and you'll feel like you're at a hotel, but with a whole house at your disposal. The kitchen has brand new cupboards, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. You'll find the cupboards are stocked with everything a chef or casual cook will need to make a meal to enjoy by the private pool picnic table, on the deck watching the waves, or in the hot tub looking at the stars. It's a cooks dream kitchen. The walls have fresh paint, the floors new carpeting, and brand new furniture. You can sit on the leather couch in the great room and watch the ebb and flow of the tide. The great room has a 50' flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player with movies for family viewing pleasure. If you don't want to watch TV with the family, you can use the Wii game system, with it's own flat screen TV, DVD player, and Wii games. There's a nook if you want to read a book or use the Foosball table for a quick game of friendly competition. For those that like board games or puzzles, there's a good assortment of both, and plenty of room to spread out to enjoy the time with friends and family. The counter height dining room table will seat 8 and for a more casual breakfast, there are 4 stools at the granite bar. Laundry won't be a problem there's a brand new washer and dryer right off the kitchen and you can watch the waves while you fold your clothes. The 6 person hot tub is located in the same area as the pool. Or, you can use it at night under the stars and listen to the waves hitting the shore. The 4 bedrooms are on the first level. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and a 4th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. There are two roomy bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms. The ground level has no rooms. With ground level rooms on the beach side of Route 12 there is frequently a problem with water getting in the rooms with storms the area is prone to get. The private pool is 12 X 25 with lounge chairs to work on your tan or a shady area if you want to get out of the sun for a while. There's an outside shower on the ground level to rinse off after a day at the pool and beach.
