The Landings Condos are privately owned and set alongside the Carrabelle River. Soft Gulf Breezes and beautiful sunrises and sunsets are a part of your every day experience on the Carrabelle River. Carrabelle folks are friendly and helpful and The Moorings Staff are always happy to assist you in any way. The Carrabelle Beach is two minutes away, Saint George Island and Apalachicola are thirty minutes away. A ride along Hwy 98 morning or evening is always breathtaking. One might see a Bald Eagle, a bear or deer., or Dolphins playing and chashing fish. The Riverwalk on Marine Street is often a meeting place for visitors from all over ;or a quiet time of fishing or enjoying the sun setting at the mouth of Carrabelle River. A great place to relax and enjoy.

Love the small town , friendly atmosphere and lived here 38 years. A get a way for two or the whole family. Great place to relax ,see the area, enjoy activities in Carrabelle and the surrounding area or head to the bay or beach for a day of Fishing.
What makes this condo unique
Love the soft breezes, sun breaking on the water , all of the boats coming and going. The sunrises and sunsets. Carrabelle beach and the friendliness of the Carrabelle Folks. We deep Sea and Bay fish and have always loved the water.A close walk to the grocery store and restuarants near the condo makes for easy lving.I enjoy watchin the boats leave for a day's fishing and return in the evening. I like to just walk down on the docks and see the Carrabelle river with its everchanging flow. A couple of minutes to the beach and one can really enjoy a part of Florida's Forgotten Coast
