Villa Talay Sai is a luxurious new villa with breathtaking views of Tongson Bay, four large master bedrooms with private sea view balconies, a private 12 meter infinity pool, 24 hour security and a quiet but central location not far from the action. You can enjoy complete privacy in your own private tropical paradise and our friendly staff is on call for all of your needs. Every room in the villa has beautiful sea views, even the bathrooms. The villa sits on a hill about 100 meters from Tongson Beach so that you get the best of both worlds: a villa near the beach and; a villa with breathtaking views from every room. We also have four large Master Bedrooms so that all our guests can enjoy luxurious five star accommodations. All of these Master suites have sea view tubs and showers and private balconies.The villa is tastefully designed with hand carved teak doors, teak wood floors, custom designed furniture, unique Asian art and lush tropical gardens.

Villa Talay Sai is on the island of Koh Samui, midway between Bangkok and Phuket, inside the Gulf of Thailand. The island is just 21k wide and 25k long and has frequent air services from Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Villa Talay Sai is located on the North coast of Koh Samui about 10 minutes from the airport on the same road that leads to the Sila Evason Resort. A private road leads to the villa and there is 24 hour security patrols. Some of the finest custom built homes in Samui are in the neighbourhood. The Regent Melati Resort is just below and the Sila Evason, a five star resort, is just around the corner. Choengmon Beach is a 5 minute drive and Chaweng Beach and the Santiburi Golf course are within a 15 minute drive. The massive seated Buddha image known as ‘Big Buddha’ is just five minutes away. The Santiburi Golf Course is about 15 minutes from the villa. The Angthong National Marine Park makes a wonderful day trip.
