Located on the quiet and beautiful Amelia Island, our two bedroom condo is the perfect place for a family vacation or a couple's getaway. Recently renovated with top-notch amenities, you'll relax in luxury when you're not basking on the beautiful beach or golfing at one of the many world-class courses nearby.

This two-bedroom luxury penthouse is located on the 7th floor of the gated Ocean Place resort. It includes stone bathrooms, wood and stone floors and plenty of comfortable leather furniture. But the best part is the outdoor balcony which overlooks the beach and a lovely view south down the Amelia Island coast.

You'll also have access to many of the amenities offered by the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa located next door. That's right, beautiful beaches, relaxing pools, 5-star restaurants and incredible golf are all just steps away.

Unlike many other Florida destinations, Amelia Island's beautiful beaches are never over-crowded so you spend your afternoons relaxing in the warm sun and clear ocean water. Then at night, you can enjoy the many great restaurants and other nightlife the island offers.

My husband and I are recently retired, we have had the opportunity to travel but have always returned to Amelia. We are owner managers and have the time, at this point, to devote to making this property special in every respect.

Why Marilyn Schroer chose Amelia Island

We have vacationed on Amelia for many years and have always hoped to own a property here. Walking through the door of 69 Ocean Place for the first time, we both knew this is where we wanted to spend as much personal time as we could. The condo has not been a rental property prior to our purchase last year, and it shows. The appointments are as lovely as I would want our second home to be.

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with the view from the balcony. We sit for hours watching fishing boats, birds, dolphins and the most spectacular view south down the coast of Amelia. Sunrises are fantastic and walking on the beach is the most pleasant way to exercise.

Amelia Island is a barrier island rich in colorful history and breathtaking beauty. Consistently ranked in the top 10 American islands by Conde Nast Traveler, Amelia offers long, beautiful beachs, abundant wildlife and pristine waters. The island is home to Fernandina Beach, once a vibrant seaport village,and now a charming downtown district of eclectic shops, attractions and restaurants.

Walking and biking trails are lined with lush green foilage and offer a break from the sunny, sandy beaches. The inter-coastal waterway and marshes are within walking distance.

Activities to consider: fresh and salt water fishing, sailing and sightseeing tours, historic and wildlife tours with views of dolphins, sea otters and the wild horses of

Cumberland Island, world class golf, many state parks.

We loved this place and Amelia Island. The owner and manager were both very nice and helpful! We enjoyed everything about this place! Highly recommend!

Exceptional Amelia Island Property

This property was wonderful. The listing pictures simply do not do it justice. The property was exceptionally well-maintained and beautifully furnished. There was nothing lacking regarding amenities. The ocean views were perfect. Communication with the property owner was very good, both before our arrival and after.

We would highly recommend this property and look forward to future reservations here.

Fantastic Condo with Amazing Views

The place was ideal for our stay with two couples and a little one. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the view up and down the beach from the balcony was gorgeous. Easy access to the beach and the Ritz-Carlton made this an ideal choice.

More perfect than a dream...

My girlfriend and I stayed here April 21th-25th of 2012 and enjoyed every minute of it! The view out of the balcony from the bedroom is breathtaking. You literally fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The walk in shower is huge with two shower heads. This condo is very well decorated and in a great location. We were able to walk next door to the Ritz for drinks and use of the pool and hot tub. If we ever get the chance to come back to Amelia Island this condo will be my number one pick!
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway
