Enjoy Savannah on foot or enjoy horse drawn carriage tours only steps from your home-away-from-home. Or you may choose to enjoy this beautiful city via bicycle, scooter, segway or car.

We have installed sound-deadening draperies to address the concerns of our guests and have been very pleased with the results.

We both live in Savannah, but not in the Historic District. We use this condo ourselves, so we make sure it is comfortable and offers all the amenities necessary to make your stay memorable.

The walkability of Savannah is one of it's most unique features. Park your car upon arrival and don't go back to it until it's time to leave. A pass to the Whitaker Street/City Market Garage is available with our condo.

I enjoyed my start at this location. It was clean and in a convenient location to everything I wanted to walk to. As other visitors have noted the night time noise may be a downer by I found it easy to ignore and they are working on getting that issue taken care of.

Great Location

The place was convenient to all of the historic downtown activities and sights. It was nice and clean. The owners were very courteous and checked in a couple of times to ensure our stay was going well. The parking garage option is a must! You can park your car and walk everywhere... One thing of note is that after 5 on Fridays till early Monday morning the parking is free on the street (since the city doesn't monitor the meters during that time).
My wife is a city-girl and this would be her dream place to live. Unfortunately, I dragged her to the country side many years ago. So, I hit a homerun with picking this place.
We have done the VRBO many times in the past and there was usually a "list" of things to do (i.e. take trash out, strip the bed, etc...). The owners did not have any tidy-up requirements. We still tried to all we could to leave it in as good of shape as we found it. I felt bad just leaving our trash there, but I could not see an obvious collection point for it.
The noise from The Crypt was a bit much at times (even with the curtains), but we finally saw the noise feature on the alarm clock and that seemed to do the trick.
The two entrances were super easy and provided great and quick access to to streets. Very secure...
All-in-all, it was a great location and great value. We will definitely keep this on our short list of places to return to.

Great downtown spot!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Richard's place for 3 nights and it was perfect. It is a really cool, modern place with everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah after a morning cup of coffee at The Coffee Fox (recommended by Richard). You can easily walk everywhere and the apartment feels bigger than the pictures indicate. I am not sure what noise issues some of the other reviewers were talking about (but we were there only there Sunday-Tuesday). Richard was super-accommodating when we arrived before check-in time and was very laid back about the whole process. We would definitely stay there (or live there) again.

We rented without parking and the one day we had a car it was cheap and easy to get a parking pass from the tourism office that let us park pretty much anywhere.
