Western Algarve luxury in the exclusive Parque da Floresta Golf resort, with 2 central swimming pools, children's club, shared swimming pool, spa, archery, bowls, golf course and driving range, restaurants, golf restaurant, and tennis courts. Salema beach is 2.5km drive, still unspoilt with lovely fish restaurants. Property is located in the newest phase of the development and is situated in a privileged corner location. Luxury 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom semi-detached villa with lounge, kitchen + roof terraces. Inside, the stylish decor and furnishings include cable/satellite TV, DVD, HiFi, air conditioning and a modern fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, whilst the second and third bedrooms share the spacious family bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool, which also contains a small spa/jacuzzi and a shower. A mini supermarket 500 metres away in Budens. Lagos, main local town, is 15 minutes drive.

Its old harbour, rich in history serves as the base of famous king Henry the Navigator’s fleet. Only 15 minutes' drive to the west, the Atlantic coast is a surfer’s paradise, Costa Vicentina and along this coastline are exceptional walking trails for the nature lover.
