Peace and relaxation in a beautiful location.

I had the opportunity to spend 10 nights in this house over Christmas 2008 and intend to return again soon. The house is just minutes from a beautiful deserted white sand beach with safe swimming.
The whole Exuma experience starts when you arrive at the airport, with friendly staff and the feeling you have stepped back 50 years in time! You need a hire car to make the most of this holiday.
The drive to the house is an experience on its own, with glimpses of beautiful beaches, clear blue sea, yachts and fantastic houses. When you arrive at 'Sea Breeze' you won't be disappointed. The house is large, spacious and appointed to a 5 star standard with quality furnishings. It stands in a large plot with gardens all around. Neighbours are few and far between, with the guarantee of peace and relaxation during your stay.
If you like nature and fauna, there were lizards, humming birds and moths around the garden. Shark feeding in a nearby restaurant was a highlight, as was the short trip to Stocking Island where stingrays are fed by hand! Fish are plentiful so have a go at fishing by boat or from the shore.
The local people are friendly and helpful and if you explore, you will come across several good restaurants, bars and hotels where good food is available. Shopping has its limitations, but you can find most things you need.
If you like a quiet holiday, in a peaceful and beautiful location, in a quality furnished house with space for 6, modern facilities, air conditioning, spending time sun bathing, reading, listening to music, enjoying a glass of wine with a BBQ, swimming and generally relaxing, you'll find it difficult to beat this place.
Ps. the views from the upstairs balcony to Turtle island is something to remember!
