Photos and Description of the Little Exuma vacation villa rental By the Tropic of Cancer beach, peaceful location, luxury accommodation.

Sea breeze is a luxury villa, with a gorgeous decked garden for sunbathing, or to hang out in the shady cabana on the hammock! Two tremendous decked patios giving you wonderful sea views, comfy outdoor furniture to have a romantic sun downer. The peace and quiet is fabulous, the white sand beach is unspoilt and was used as the launch area for Pirates of the Caribbean, go to Santanas Grill Pit and see where Orlando and Jonny Deep hung out The villa has an open plan living area upstairs a vaulted ceiling at 20ft creates a wonderful atmosphere at night. The kitchen is fitted with everything a cook will need, and a spacious fridge for wine and drinks. Three generous bedrooms all with en-suite, linens and towels provided. There is also a pool table with a table tennis conversion for your use. The villa is finished to a high standard and we have just installed an outdoor pool off the deck area, photos to follow

Nearest Ferry: George Town 30 min drive at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: Tropic of Cancer 1min walk at 100 Metres
Nearest Barpub: Santanas 5min drive at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Restaurant: Santanas 5 min drive at 5 Kilometres

The Villa is a 1 min walk to the Tropic of cancer Beach a white sand beach, The nearest village is Williams Town where you will find some historical sites, you will get a great lunch or dinner at Santans Grill Pit. Approx 10 min drive away is the Bonefish lodge, where they have a nice restaurant and you can see the sharks being fed in the evening by the owner. Don't go swimming at night! The bone fishing is big business in Exuma and there are plenty of local fishermen who can take you out. This area is also very beautiful and has the Eco park, which you can get to on a Kayak with an escorted guide. Further up the coast is the main town of GeorgeTown, you will find all the shops you need for food and drinks, the straw market for souvenirs and presents. There is the fish fry just out of Georgetown for some local ambiance. Monday night at Eddys, Rake and Scrape music is the highlight played by local musicians. 40mins away is The Four Seasons for golf, Spa and Fine dining.

  • All the bathrooms have been finished using Grohe showers and Duravit bath and vanity units, in a contemporary fashion. The floors are coralstone so they keep cool underfoot, and all have lovely tiling and good lighting. Towels provided. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are also two outdoor showers in the garden.

All rooms have clothes hangers, alarm clock, hair dryers. Lots of pillows, 400 thread count linen and comforters provided. Good lighting, quiet ceiling fans and air conditioning in each bedroom.
