Self-catering Air Conditioned Villa in quiet residential estate, suitable for Summer Holiday Rental. The Roman ended Pool 30ft x 14ft has underwater night lighting, in a pleasant garden setting with wild olive trees, oleanders and setos bushes. For child safety the pool can be closed off from the villa/ patio with gates. The large villa patio is suitable for Badminton, there is a separate Pool Patio with parasols for Sunbathing. there is also a Grassed area suitable for Boules and games. The villa is situated on the South of the Island about 4 km to Airport and 2km to village and amenities Cala'n Porter is 5 minutes by car from the Villa, and Mahon (the Island Capital) is 10/12 minutes.

Nearest Airport: Airport Mahon, Beach Cala'n Porter at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Mahon at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres

The quaint and historic Capital Mahon is approx. 8km away. On the outskirts of Mahon is a racing track that has Go-carting and Horse Racing with other attractions. Nearest beach (Cala'n Porter) is approx. 4km away with various water activities. In Mahon Port there are Glass Bottom Boat rides. There are coach trips from Calan'n Porter to the Leather Factories, Costume Jewellery Factories, Historic Sites and Beaches - to name a few. Monte Torro is the highest and central point of the Island and there is a Monastry and Restaurent on the top of the mountain with fabulous views that you can visit. Less than half a kilometre from us is a Horse Riding Stables which welcomes Holiday Makers. There are many Restaurants, within 10 minutes of the Villa, offering a wide variety of cuisines. Different Villages in the Area have Markets on different days of the week (full details of which can be found in our Villa Folder).

Notes: Comfortable lounge area with 3 piece suite plus two armchairs with extending foot rests. There is an impressive fire area. TV, Video, Combi-Music Centre and Small Library (with approx. 80-90 books) also supplied. Separate Dining Room, with Drinks Bar, Stools and Fridge. This Room leads onto patio, pool and barbeque area. On arrival you will find freshly made up beds and clean towels. A maid service comes in after each week to supply clean linen and make up the beds. The Pool has gradual steps at the 3ft shallow Roman end, ladder steps at the 6ft deep end, it also has a slide. Pool/Beach towels not included.
