Immediately outside is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, along with an entertainment center featuring a 30” TV and a wet bar and sleeper sofa. A laundry room with a full washer and dryer will keep your favorite beach attire fresh.
With its open layout and 12-foot ceilings, the third floor showcases Serene Harbor’s spectacular Gulf views. The living room offers a vast sectional sleeper sofa arranged before a 40” TV and fireplace. The dining room table overlooks the Gulf before floor-to-ceiling windows. Off of the living room is a conveniently situated half-bath. The master bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a king bed, a private bath with a walk-in shower, jetted bath and a double vanity. Private access to the deck offers views of the Gulf as well as Eastern Lake, one of the twelve rare coastal dune lakes of South Walton County. In fact, they are found in only three locales worldwide, and Serene Harbor is one of the few Gulf-front properties overlooking one of these gem-like national treasures.
