`Cool down after a long day on the lake in our home(yours for the time you are there) Relax with the family around the dinner table(that seats 8) talk about the great memories you just had out on Lake Havasu. Play some good old fashioned board games or watch a show together. What ever you do you will have plenty of room for Family and friends.

About The Owner

We have been boating all our lives and have been to many different lakes. We enjoy lake havasu for the heat and the entertainment.(and the cheap gas prices) We spend alot of time out on the water and when our home is rented we stay at our parents place at the Landings. Our 3 childeren(adults) have grown up on the water and we have brought all their friends with us. We have greated so many memories and hope that you can do the same.

Why The Owner chose Lake Havasu

We have been boating all our lives and have been to many different lakes. We enjoy lake havasu for the heat and the entertainment.(and the cheap gas prices) We spend alot of time out on the water and when our home is rented we stay at our parents place at the Landings. Our 3 childeren(adults) have grown up on the water and we have brought all their friends with us. We have greated so many memories and hope that you can do the same.

What makes this house unique

We love that our home is located so close to the Grocery store(Bashas) and the quick drive to the ramp. Some homes say that they are in the middle of town which is true but the middle of Lake Havasu can be 7 miles away and many stop signs and signal. Where our house is right off the 95hwy and 5 miles straight to london bridge. Gas station is 3 blocks resturants and bars are 3 blocks. Dont spend your time driving all over town on vacation.
